The Fabric of Time

Geraldine and Flo chuckled at their chance meeting during Julia's wedding reception. My-oh-my how time has past since their bygone days of the Thirties and Forties. Their German husbands may be dead, but their wealth has long outlasted the grief.
"Why Flo, your pearl necklace is simply wonderful."
"What makes it wonderful is that these are not pearls, but he teeth of Jewish women who were gassed at Dachau."
Geraldine's eyes filled with joy and envy.
"Well," she replied, "all of my accesories were confiscated from virgin Jewish heiresses who were used for medical experimentation!"
Flo blushed.
"You see this hat?" Flo queried, "it was hand-woven from the shorn skin and hair of Anne Frank herself!"
Geraldine gasped and then smiled. Once again, she had been topped by the great Florence Barbie.
"We may have lost the war," Geraldine said, "but we haven't lost the memories."
Their giggles turned into gales of laughter.

The End.

POST SCRIPT:
I found out that myspace only allows 50 blogs, and then, that's it...the jig is up. So this is my new MYSPACE, hopefully sans the bullroar. I hate my job. I serve frozen yogurt to the devil himself. These days seem like they can't last that long, but they do, and oh how they will. I'm leaving my job soon, hopefully by the spring. Tonight, I'm going to move my bed against the another wall, in hopes that it will bring good Karma. I'd like to give a shout out to David Oppegaard, who, if it weren't for him, I would not be here today. You see, years ago...(flashback music)
...okay, I won't go into that, mainly because it's a story fit for a future blog. I just wanted to mention Dave right now, before he becomes famous, becuase, dammit, I was his roommate, and if he suddenly blows up, and I start saying I KNOW him, then everyone would say, "SURE you do, you starfucker, you." So, for the record, I KNOW David Oppegaard. Check the post date of this. He saved my life...(again, the details shall be articulated in another blog), AND, he led me here, to Hogger Dot Com. I hope no one reads this, because the stuff I will be putting up ain't pretty. Put on your eatin' dress. love noah.
